Well we don't eat tomatoes every day so we can still get all the lycopene via tabs. These tabs might be big, so just bream them to half so it will go down easier. Lycopene is a proven antioxidant and has many properties for anti-aging but most of all use it if you want to keep your prostate PSA level low as your blood pressure. Result will come, just make sure you take it regularly, preferably with meal.

I have been suffering from difficult onstart and slow urination when the bladder is full for years, and have been using saw palmetto with little result. But the first day I used this Lycopene product, a significant difference was felt. Now I'm able to empty my bladder fast and easy. Having said that, I don't understand why they add Calcium to it, as I'm afraid of taking too much Calcium.

Lycopene is underrated but precious herb. It helps for your root chakra. It is the substance that gives tomato, watermelon their bright red color. Lycopene is pricey everywhere. That is unfortunate. Iherb doesn't have budget lycopene at all. 21st century is a budget company that I love. It is the best price when compared with others "at iherb". Iherb doesn't have a cheap one though.
