Strong berry flavoured tea without caffeine! Great taste and addition to my night time routine. I usually brew a cuppa right after dinner and sip on it till bedtime. This really helps with my mild constipation - I don't clear my bowels daily and sometimes it causes quite abit of discomfort. The next morning, I can feel the effects almost right away. I like all Yogi teas and this one is not an exception. I liked it's berry taste and smell. Berry DeTox is tasty and I hope it's doing the detoxing stuff. Even if it doesn't, I still liked it as a tea itself. I also liked that it's caffeine free, because I love drinking tea in the evenings too.
