I got this psyllium husk because I read it was one of three brands lowest in lead. (It probably doesn’t have much lead to begin with and since it’s fiber possibly doesn’t absorb as much in GI tract, but still might as well get the one with like the least amount..) It has a very mild flavor which is nice. It goes down easy in a few seconds after being stirred into water, but I also don’t wait long for it to congeal. (Tip: you can use a little bit of organic sweetener of choice or a drink mix to help make it more palatable if you need too). I do not take it daily, only ‘sometimes’ (maybe once every two weeks) after I’ve eaten high cholesterol / high sugar foods that I normally would not eat. It’s may help prevent cholesterol and balance blood sugar from meals, so it sounded great for diabetes and hypoglycemia!

A great quality fiber and an easy to eat,it will cleanse your bowels with regular use , i recommend you take it with each meal to have the full benefit and you should use it continuously , the ingredient’s are great but if you have any condition i recommend you read it carefully before using and make sure its suitable for you + you should check with your doctor. I like it as a colon cleanser and will use it again.

I have been taking this product for over two years. This product is great. No other additives, simply Psyllium Husk. I take it with Almond Milk daily. Stir 1-2 T vigorously with Almond Milk. I drink the entire glass within a minute before it thickens. After taking daily for a couple of months, my GI got used to it and doesn't produce as much gas, unlike other of psyllium products that I have tried.
