The taste is exactly like gummy bears. There are peach strawberry and berry and all are great. I have to restrain myself because it’s like candy! I’ve tried many multi vitamin gummies and they’re often too chewy or a bad aftertaste but this one is 5 star it’s the same as a sweet gummy bear. You can’t taste any fibre or additives. Love love love this product. I have used so many different types of fibre supplements before, but non have really worked well. This product works! I also love the ingredients as I am gluten free and so is this product. Great product that tastes great and really works for your daily fibre intake. Always comes well packages. Great quality!

Great taste and quality. Cannot say that effect was massive because to feel it you must also eat a lot of vegetables and other fiber-rich products. However as an addition to your day-to-day food it certainly helps.

I have IBS with Constipation and noticed that I had fewer flare ups since I started using these Fiber Well gummies. I wasn’t sure at first that this was really helping because I was trying other supplements at the same time. I ran out for about a month and I started having bad flares more often so I know this product was helping to keep the flares down. I will continue taking these gummies as long as they keep working.
