I am working out every day and choosing a good pre-workout is important for me. I have tried an apple flavoured fury and it has too strong taste, so I decided to switch to more sweet one. It has a goo portion of BCAA's, could be taken in long term, and also amount of aminos are okay to not tot take any extra blends in addition.

Love this product have tried it before definitely buying again great for pumps and the ingredients are all there tastes actually nice and come with good quality bcaa and worth the price to the amount “size” ratio the packaging was good too this is the second time i buy this product and i noticed some nice benefits during the workouts as it boosts the endurance and helps ur recovery between sets

A LOT OF CAFFEINE!!! Otherwise has been great to generate a pump and generate that extra power. Really wish they'd knock down the caffeine though as it does make the heart pound after lifting. 350mg (3.5 cups of coffee worth) is a bit overkill 200mg would be plenty.

it work best with if you don't have high caffeine tolerance and a beginner in the gym. the pumps are amazing the energy doesnt last very long .. The Taste is amazing, packaged well insane pump during workout. Recovery is average but endurance is good.

If you are looking for a high caffeine with effective pre workout, this will your choice.
