I love this tea. It s definitely high quality blend fresh herbs with maximum flavor and health benefit and caffeine free. The ingredients are the three things indicated ginger, turmeric and meadowsweet . The meadow sweet is a soft sweet flower taste very soothing and calming yet a boost to all your systems. One bag a serving is plenty potent for a very enjoyable tea!

I hadn't been familiar with Traditional Medicinals before, but bought this along with several other brands of turmeric tea, just to try out some options. While the cost and number of bags means this is on the pricier end of the spectrum, I really enjoyed the flavour of the tea, to the point where I will buy several boxes of this on my next iHerb shop.

Have bought so many flavours from this brand. All of them taste great. Have yet to try it. Heard this is good for overall wellness and immune system. Trying to hold up the immune system.

I really don't like the taste of tumeric, but I know it's really good for you, so I try to find ways to add it to my diet. This tea is one way to do that. The ginger is the dominant flavor, but nicely balanced by the tumeric and meadowsweet. It would probably be a 5 star for someone who likes tumeric.

I feel this tea is very helpful for digestion and before or after big meals, but the taste is not particularly enjoyable. If you don't like the taste or smell of turmeric, this might be off-putting. Likewise, the color of the turmeric often ends up everywhere, staining teeth, the cup, etc. It's not a bad tea at all and certainly does its job, but I do wish there was some way the Meadowsweet and Ginger might have been a little bit stronger to counterbalance the Turmeric.
