i bought this for sleep. Quality is top notch, Solaray high standard. Ingredient is abundant, zinc, copper, kelp and pumpkin seed, wow. 50mg of zinc really help with my sleep. sometimes I think this is better than magnesium. :-). Size of the capsule is oke, not too big. I highly recommend this because this works for me since the first time I use it. My dreams somehow become more vivid and last night...I remember my dream! :-)

I find this form of zinc very good for me particularly being a blood O type. Gives me energy because of the iodine in kelp which is important for my blood type. Will continue using it! Also noticed that my nails are growing faster and strong since starting using this. A keeper for sure.
