Sambucol Black Elderberry Capsules help my family survive winter. They come in a package of 30 capsules. They are a high-quality product, very effective, containing the right amount of elderberry, zinc and Vitamin C as ingredients which help immunity. I like the size of the capsules too, easy to swallow.
This is very good for the winter (but not only), especially for upper respiratory problems. May be used as a preventive measure but also as a therapeutic (using larger doses). Taking these capsules helps for the relief of running nose or cough. The capsules are well-preserved in this form and are suitable also for travelling, with the small exception of this diagonal layout which make it harder to cut only a part of the pack (but it's still possible). Overall, for me this is a must-have for the winter, but I also continue to take it in smaller dosage in the summer.
Seems to be good. I took it because I do not like syrups etc. I did not get covid during the intake of this supplement but I guess it is because of other factors as well. It has C, Zinc and Elderberry, the ingredients that give support to immune system (along with D3 and omega 3-6-9 which I would suggest as well via another supplement). I used to take another supplement with Zinc which made my stomach ache. However, this is good.
