The size is smaller than Orgain's protein powder mixes. But I don't usually use it as a meal replacement. I don't drink coffee, so I replace my morning beverage with this drink, adding a little extra cocoa butter and chocolate for a less sweet option. The container is sealed per normal and provides the same quality and freshness you would expect. The ingredients are simple there are a handful of contents instead of 50+ ingredients. So I drink this with a regular breakfast on occasion.
