This is definitely a quality mix. I find myself very perky and sharp when taking it for work. Speaking anecdotally, it does seem to give vivid dreams and potentially helps with conversation and recalling words well. I love to take one before a gym workout. I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing this item as I have tried similar products in the past with no effect. I was pleasantly surprised that Alpha Brain does what it describes. It's not going to turn you into a genius but gives you a little more focus and motivation. Effects last for about 2 - 3 hours so use a half hour before any meetings or projects you have to do
