The product works for me I lost the last time 10 pounds combine with diet and exercise.You have to take 2 pills one hour before your training .When I run I sweat more than ever and you will feel a heat after 30 minutes of training .I have to say the product contains caffeine and if your are sensible to it do not take it .I drink a lot of coffee and I don’t have any issues .Please read well before use it there are some people allergic to some components .

I've been taking this for a month with the same exercise & eating habits I have been using. I have actually gained 2 lbs. This does not work at all! Would not recommend. A complete waste of money!
