If you're doing weight training or need to maintain/grow muscle mass, this is a great supplement. After a few weeks of weight training and taking this supplement, I noticed better results vs. only weight training without the supplement.

Creatine is one of the few health supplements on the market that most experts agree on will promote muscle growth and possibly increase high-intensity workout performance. Since I can find no proven data that shows one brand of creatine is better than the other I look for and buy the least expensive creatine supplement from a reliable source that I can find, which is why I have used this NOW Sports Monohydrate Creatine Powder several times over the last couple of years. I will admit I was drawn into buying a micronized creatine powder previously as this powder was supposed to dissolve better when mixing in liquids. What I found was that this more expensive micronized powder did dissolve just a little bit better than standard creatine powder, however it still did not dissolve completely in liquid so for me the slight benefit was not worth the extra cost. Also, I was a little worried before after my last order after reading a few reviews stating that the NOW Sports Monohydrate Creatine Powder had changes and now has a "horrible taste and smell". However, the monohydrate creatine powder I ordered has no weird smell or taste. So does this NOW Sports Monohydrate Creatine Powder work? I couldn't tell you as I'm not sure if any muscle growth or extra energy can be attributed to this powder, or to working out and eating better. But for the rather inexpensive price, even if any muscle or stamina gains are purely coincidental I'm still going to keep using creatine powder. I've posted two pictures below. 1) Shows the creatine powder in a glass of room temperature water after stirring vigorously for 15 seconds and then letting the powder settle in the water. (Yes I wish the powder would dissolve completely after a few stirs, but this is not a deal breaker to me.) 2) This pic shows suggested usage and other information found on the product label. I hope some of this information was helpful. Update: I stored the sealed jar with water and creatine powder that I used for the pic below in the fridge to drink later. Over the last 9 days I shook the jar to mix the contents at least once per day. To my astonishment 9 days later the creatine powder still settles back to the bottom of the jar every time, looking pretty much like the first time I originally attempted to mix it. 🤔

The best creatine out there, always delivers great results. Remember you have to do a loading period if you would take it for a first time.

Creatine is one of the most studied and recognised sports supplements. This is vegan friendly, and good price. My PRs are always while cycling on Creatine.

Creatine is a well-research substance, and the strength/power output benefits are well known. After the initial loading period, you might feel discouraged looking at your scale, but it's all just water, don't worry.

Great quality creatine. No taste, just a little gritty in water. Great supplement to take before a weight or endurance workout. Also, the price is great for the size.

It improves energy and concentration when exercising and helps to increase muscle strength and reduce muscle fatigue. To achieve best performance, it is recommended to take 4 times per a day with recommended 1 serving size each for the first 7 days. After 1 week, it is recommended to take 1 time per day before or after exercise.
