I was really surprised by the quality of the ingredients and how much this has benefited and improved my bowel movements. I was a bit skeptical and concerned to try it out as a diet supplement but I’m so glad I did. Taste wise it has more of leaf-y taste to it. Nothing too strong that you cannot handle. The package of this bottle is perfect size.
I have been using this supplement in combination with dandelion, as digestive aid, and I believe, it does the job. Based on research, it could help with thin blood issues, and that's another reason I take it. it is one of the best out there, but, another brand is offering yellow dock, which is a better value., and contains no magnesium stearate. So, I am thinking switching to that one.
Yellow dock is a phenomenal herb. As a Holistic Nutritionist, this is in my herbal pantry almost always. Yellow dock is a bitter, cleansing herb, excellent for the digestive system and helping in healing digestive disorders. It does have a laxative effect, as it contains taproot which is rich in anthraquinone (which has a laxative action). It contains biochelated iron, which is easily absorbed. If you have anemia, this would help in my opinion. The downside of this particular capsule is that Nature's Way added magnesium stearate, I am not a fan of this filler.
