Don't be confused by the new packaging, this stuff is the same. I had mild symptoms of iodine deficiency, mainly a swelling of my thyroid, low energy, etc. I wasn't salting my food and I really wasn't getting much iodine, and to top it all off, one of my medications is a hydrobromide salt, which competes with Iodine for uptake into the thyroid! No worries though, Potassium Iodide to the rescue. This is a great, cost effective solution to supplementing Iodine. I've tried using Kelp to get my iodine, but it doesn't work the same. Also, many supplements on the market are dosed far too high, and can actually have detrimental effects on thyroid health. 150-300mcg is the perfect sweet spot, and I'm overall very satisfied with this product and how affordable it is.

Good form of iodine, the size of the pill is easy to swallow, clean ingredients, make sure you know your levels of iodine. I am taking it one a day, no taste after it.

It is hard to get this product, but iHerb delivers. I think I need a iodine supplementation, and these small tablets are one of my favorites. No fillers, no smell. Highly recommended.
