I do half a scoop with my regular pre workout 30 minutes before my workout. Then another half scoop one hour after my workout for the recovery. Benefits include; bigger pumps, and easy recovery

Will try another flavour the next time. The Cherry Burst tasted like cough syrup, but i still ordered it this time cos it was cheaper than the other flavours.

I expected improvements with the re-branding of Cell Tech and new flavors - and was shocked when I took my first taste. How am I supposed to choke this down? With a newly branded product, shouldn't the taste have been improved upon? It's really difficult to say whether or not the product is effective (too many variables), but one thing is for sure.. this is by far the worst tasting supplement I've ever had. Time to look for an alternative...

Tastes ok. Very high in sugar which I didn’t realize when I purchased.

Got it and tried it. Once mixed it with some milk and water, it tasted like cough syrup. The cherry burst flavor is overpowering the rest of the ing. Don't know what to do with it, or how to get rid of the strong cherry taste!

They changed the old formula to this new stuff and I thought they would have made it better, but I don't know who's taste testing this stuff...it tastes horrible...burns on the way down
