If you are low-carb, KETO, gluten-free etc - these are a godsend! They taste NOTHING like pasta - so you need some cooking skills, perfect for sauces, stir-fry, salads [with a lot of yummy dressing] etc! They blend well with flavor and are really simple to use, and one portion is just 1g carbs. BUT, They do not work with condiments, like ketchup, that will just highlight a strange flavor. So if you're looking for something that would taste like pasta, noodles etc - this isn't it! A bit pricey, esp when the same product type in Asia costs less than a dollar - I suppose its still worth it till they get more competition and lower their prices :) Hope this helped, like my comment if you can! :D

Miracle noodles are perfect for a low carb and/or keto diet. Can be used in many different cuisines once your mind helps you realize it's not wheat pasta.
These rice noodles taste very good, I added them to the Thai green curry from the same brand. Quality is very good, portion size perfect Thank you
These are really high quality miracle noodles. They don’t have that strange smell and really soak up sauce well so they taste great. The package is a good size l!
It's easy to cook and delicious, perfect for anyone who's trying to lose weight right now. It's not a burden to eat！ I like it！！！
pretty good, i like to rinse it our 3-4 times with hot water and then cook it. it will have a fishy weird taste if you don't do this first
great option for dieters and for people with diabetes. almost no carb and super filling and easy to make! such a great option for lunch/dinner with a protein portion on the side. love it!
If you are looking for a substitute that tastes the same as the real deal then you will be disappointed. However, if you are familiar with Konjac noodles then this is one of the good brands
