I really like this product because it works as described and is easy to use. Many Prebiotics are in powder form. This is easy to chew tablets. Three a day and my digestive system has never felt better. For those of you that eat the average American diet the early results may not be the same but stick with it and allow the good bacteria to work its wonders. Also, this product is great for adults and children who do not like fiber/veggies, which is the natural food for the good bacteria. This formula has XOS, which is for the growth of Bifidobacterium and GOS, and the Galactooligosaccharides, which is found in breast milk. Together, these two types of prebiotics support immune and intestinal health.

The taste is great. Some scientific papers claim taking XOS can stimulate growth od strains of bacteria which have anxiolitic effect. I'm takin this prebiotic for too short time to test those claims and it's hard to tell because anxiety is very subjective matter and it depennds on so many things

I use to have problems with my digestive system, partly because of my medication and painkillers. But Jarrow probiotic formula has settled my stomach problems and made going to the bathroom a lot easier. Can't praise this product enough. The package and quality of product is great. Very nice coconut taste.

I chose this product as it contains Galactooligosaccharides, which are are made up of plant sugars linked in chains and used as prebiotic as well as for a variety of symptoms such as hay fever, asthma, eczema, infant colic, colon and digestive disorders, This has made a wonderful difference in my wellbeing in regards to gut health as well as skin health. I like the taste of those chewable tablets as well.

This product is just the perfect storm. Both XOS and GOS are prebiotic designed to raise bifidobacteria. I have bloating, sometimes acid reflux and alternating diarrhea or constipation. After taking xos and gos, my bloat went down. My regularity is still skewed but it has improved . This is also a cheap source of Gos. Other Gos products are so expensive and mixed with other unnecessary prebiotics to hide how small of amount they put. Gos will not effective if dosage is too small so this product is really helpful as it delivers the dosage i want and at an affordable rate.

I’m not sure if it is because I quit diet cola, or because I added this, but my stomach pain is nearly gone. Part of me thinks it’s the aspartame or Acesulfame potassium in my diet cola that was causing the stomach pain, but in any case: this prebiotic + jarrow probiotic + quit cola = goodbye abdominal pain!

it’s been over 2 week since I started taking this. I haven’t seen any changes in my gut but its no burden consuming it. Chewable is just what I needed.

Good taste almost candies. You are supposed to take 2 x 3 tablets daily. With the taste it is no problem at all but downside is that the bottle only lasts about 14 days. l combine it with raw carrots for maximum effect on my gut but not sure yet if I will continue.

It tastes excellent. I can’t tell if it help me a lot, but I definitely don’t mind taking this instead of those powder which you add to make a drink…
