I've been taking this product for a few years. While lutein is known to be good for eye health, it is now being touted as a beneficial nutrient for brain health. At 70, that's a concern. I will continue to use this product and hope it's having a positive effect on my old brain. Still manage to locate my keys in the morning so I can say it hasn't made things worse.
