I always recommend these prenatal to my audience online. They have all the things I’m looking for and none of the things I’m not. They contain B vitamins so they should be dosed multiple times a day, which they are. I use a bkr bottle keep kit to remind me to take the 2nd & 3rd doses throughout the day. 👌🏼

Being a vegetarian, I love these! Great ingredient list. No taste and never effected my morning sickness. They always arrive quickly and come in a quality childproof package. Also love that it is a 2 month supply, 3 daily. Size isn't too big, they are easy to take and potent.

I'm trying to conceive, so I've been taking them for a while now. They work as a regular multivitamin. For those who complain that there is no calcium and magnesium in them - it was a smart move by the manufactorer, because you're NOT supposed to take them (Ca and Mg) at the same time as iron! All 3 have to be taken separatelly, at least 2h apart, or they will compete for absorption and you won't get enough of them into your system. Will definitely continue buying and taking this product when I get pregnant.

After doing much research I came across this brand for prenatal and postnatal vitamins . I was looking for something natural NOT synthetic vitamins which are everywhere now especially in conventional drugstores. I was initially taking some drugstores prenatal vitamins that my doctor had prescribed silly me I thought they were the best on the market in Australia. But after awhile and a long research I found out that what I was taking was synthetic crap. I have only good thing to say about this product. Started using it before I got pregnant, used it during and now while breastfeeding. In total it’s been about 2 years or longer of using it. It is important to take 3 capsules a day as directed. My hair and nails are in good shape. Of course I had hair loss due hormonal imbalance around third months after delivery but hair still grows healthy and long. In fact I had never had hair that long like after started using RAW prenatal Vitamins. Very pleased with this product. Will continue using it

Started using this and the Raw B-complex together to increase my vitamin intake for better health as prescribed by my OBGYN. I then noticed after a year taking it, that after 15 years of irregular periods and only having the pill prescribed to me for so long, that my body is now regulated and works like clock work. I only wish that before doctors rush to prescribe the pill that has so many negative effects, look at natural alternatives for better health. Lesson learnt!

Combination of multivitamins, pre-/probiotics and whole food fruits & veggies seemed a little too good to be true. However, thanks to the probiotics, my stomach stays normal, as it usually reacts to iron in a runny sort of way. Great combination and balance of ingredients. Too hard for me to remember to take them 3x per day, so I take all 3 at night. Also like the fact that there's a 2 month supply in the bottle, meaning you get more for your money. Easy to swallow. Pill size average. Haven't tried emptying into smoothies, or the like, but nice that it's an alternative. All in all, very satisfied with the product, price and quality! Super quick shipping as well! These vitamins were recommended to me before my first pregnancy and I took them before and during my first pregnancy, also while breastfeeding for about 8 months. I am trying to conceive, so I ordered the same vitamins as I was so happy with my previous experience. Easy to ingest (pills are not really small, but they are sleek and done get stuck into your mouth) and no funky aftertaste, great quality of the ingredient. The daily ratio is 3 pills, so I usually take one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner, so I always take them with food and it is easier to remember.

I've been through about 3 bottles of this stuff during my pregnancy and even before, when trying to conceive. The serving size is 3, but I've been taking 2 a day, but also feeding them to my partner. I like that they have so many good ingredients. I take these with DHA (algal source). I get burps from taking the pills, but they have not given me a tummy ache like another brand I tried when I didn't have these with me.

This is one of the rare prenatal vitamins that didn't make me more nauseous during the time when I had morning sickness. In fact, I think it made it better since I felt somewhat better on the days I took this vitamin in the morning than the ones that I didn't. Very satisfied!!
