Taste is great. Nice size bar packaging to put in pocket with the benefit of vitamins and nutrition. Great amount of protein. I specifically use them after my workout, with a healthy diet.

These bars taste great and have 30grams of protein! 30 g! But, these bars were much bigger than I expected. I previously bought some FitCrunch at Costco when they were on sale. I enjoyed them enough to order more, even though I now live in Japan. I was surprised at the size difference. I basically had to cut these bars in half as I had trouble finishing one whole bar in one sitting. But, hey, too big isn’t really a problem. Much better than too small. ;)

FITCRUNCH produces a series of tasty protein bars. Nutritionally, they offer a whopping 30g of protein but without the high levels of added sugar you would find in other similar bars. While its calorie content (380) is higher than others, when taken as part of a balanced diet (whether as a protein replacement during a meal or mid-afternoon snack), that number becomes very manageable. I wrote a similar review for the chocolate chip cookie dough bar but this one, in my opinion, tastes even better!
