I used these when I was fighting a massive virus. They helped me to feel like I had a bit more energy. Came in a glass bottle.

I am trying this and his 100mg Ubiquinol product. Ubiquinol is supposed to be more absorbable, especially for older people, but I find that the CoQ10 is easier to take. The Ubiquinol has a strong sense of citrus or something that is a little too much for me. This product I don't notice in a bad way. I don't feel a tremendous amount of new energy coming from either product.
