These vitamins are easy to digest and they work well with my body. I am in my 50s and they seem to be well suited to my needs. In addition, the B vitamins are not cheap filler types. They are more easily assimilated into my body. Therefore I recommend these for women over 40.

Got this when it was on promo. The ingredients are great. But I won’t be able to tell how effective it was since I only bought a bottle. But Dr Axe/Ancient Nutrition is a reputable brand. Just too expensive, unfortunately.
