I highly recommend this brand for those of you who use CoQ10 and as a senior, in spite of it being more expensive than other forms of CoQ10, the bioavailability is a must for me as a senior. This is also one of the best value for money sources. I recommend Ubiquinol and Doctor's Best brand. YMMV

Doctor's Best Ubiquinol and the Jarrow brand are two of my favourite Ubiquinol supplements. I am not taking anything else! Both have Kaneka Ubiquinol ingredient, high-quality Ubiquinol and absorbed really well. The soft gels are large, but easy to swallow. Love the 120 Softgel packs as I take 3 softgels a day for fertility purposes.

I ordered it because it is an active form COQ10. I know that for a healthy person, it is okay to take COQ 10 with black pepper, but for people who take medication, it is necessary to take an active form to increase absorption not affecting the effect of medication.

The supplements arrived quickly and there were no issues with the quality of them. It's a well-thought-of brand, and competitively priced, as ubiquinol is quite expensive. The pills are on the larger side but if you have ever taken a fish oil supplement, it's no bigger than that, if having a visual helps. No real taste to it, which is nice. I buy these one bottle at a time because of the cost, which is really my only gripe with the product. Otherwise, I've had no issues with it and would recommend it if you're looking to purchase this version of Coenzyme Q10.
