I’m using this multi vitamin for 2 years now.. its great and has a good balance of all the minerals needed and the size is really good. A big bottle is enough for nearly a year.. very good quality and the pill size is good too.. not overly huge.. I researched the ingredients and its all great for an adult to take daily.. will keep on purchasing again.
