Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.
Slo-Release matrix releases melatonin gradually for up to four hours.
Swallow one tablet one hour before bedtime.
Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, stearic acid (vegetable), silicon dioxide, citric acid, melatonin, sodium starch glycolate.
Free OF: Sugar, soy, wheat, casein, gluten, milk, egg, preservatives, yeast, gelatin, flavorings, colorings, peanuts, tree nuts or fish.
These tablets must be swallowed whole. They may not be crushed or dissolved in liquids because that would destroy the Slo-Release matrix that lengthens the tablet's dissolving time. They may be swallowed with food such as applesauce, mashed potatoes or peanut butter followed by some water.
Store in a cool dry place and tightly capped.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Individual Tablets may darken over time. The potency and efficacy of the product is not affected.
